Dream Identity believes that a great system is just a collection of individuals who are deciding to operate in their greatness. We use consumer business models to combine a holistic approach of wellness by taking a deeper view into how each employee is able to show up as their true self and strive for their "Dream Identity."
Using the expressive experiences and the modality of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the consultant works with the consumers to build a specialized Wellness Curriculum that applies concepts of how thoughts impact daily feelings and workplace behaviors. We use these methods to construct foundational roles of how the workplace system is built to enhance environmental wellness.
